Every year, the season of young Slovak wines begins on the first Monday in November. On the first Wednesday in November, we open the new season of Wine Evenings – traditional Wednesday tastings with a winemaker – with wines from the new vintage. There we select the wines that we traditionally present to you in this wine list. Fresh, aromatic wines full of youth, life, and the promise of a great vintage from our Little Carpathian winemakers.

Young wines are a beautiful metaphor for getting acquainted with the new harvest. A sparkling drink in a glass, touched by lips full of anticipation, enhanced by the aroma of a breath in anticipation of an explosion of freshness, fruitiness, and the discovery of a new experience. Youth is fleeting, which is why we offer you its essence in a selection of the most beautiful young wines from our Little Carpathian winemakers.
